Currently manual checks are done for artworks. The lengthy workflow & manual steps in the process leads to potential for errors. An error equates rework, leading to escalations and delay-to-market or worse results in product recalls. We would like to review all the artwork library to validate all artworks (~15,000 +) for consistency in labels using a scalable AI solution. Identify a validation step in the current process to produce error free artworks. The solution requirements or expectations include:
• Pilot phase: with an AI solution for effective checks and validation of all information in an artwork (folding box to begin with)
• Scale the Pilot to other areas e.g., paper leaflets, etc.
• High on ease of use and scalable across markets for implementation
• Integrate this tool within exiting process for validation before final submission to studio for printing.
