Currently bottlenecks in high-speed running assembly lines are identified by manual observation and manually taken videos. However, this is not a sustainable solution in the long run due to changing manpower, added or deleted stations, new models, etc. Proposed solution should be able to automatically take real time videos and analyze to suggest the reason for gaps in production. Need to implement it as a complete solution including software and hardware.
